EFA-200/-300 12 Specifications
12-9
12.3.5 Measurement value detection
12.3.6 Averaging time / Refresh rate
The averaging time for the RMS value meter is 1 second. The peak value
meter indicates the maximum instantaneous value of the vector that
occurred during the past 250 ms. RMS and peak values are weighted
together according to the selected limit value curve.
The measured values are updated every 250 ms.
12.3.7 Measurement uncertainty
The measurement uncertainties specified in the table apply under the
following conditions:
Sine wave signal and LIVE result display
Drive level 16 dB above the intrinsic noise floor
Overall measurement uncertainty, typical values
The frequency response of the BROAD BAND 5 Hz to 32 kHz filter given in
Annex A should be taken into account at the range limits if it is more than
0.1
dB. An additional systematic uncertainty of up to 3 dB may occur at the
turning points of the limit value curves.
Detection RMS and vectorial peak value are determined
simultaneously and evaluated according to the
selected limit value curve.
