Probe Removal and Replacement
To remove and replace the Height Sensor probe:
1. Verify the following:
 The probe is in the down position.
 The Dispensing Head is at the top of its Z-Axis travel.
 The Dispensing Head is at the front of the dispensing chamber.
2. Turn the dispensing system OFF and open the hatch.
3. Using a 0.0050-inch hex key, loosen the setscrew on the Probe Sleeve.
 Be careful not to loosen the screw too much or it may fall out. Loosen it just
until the probe slides easily out of the sleeve.
4. Remove the old probe from the sleeve.
5. Slide the new probe up through the probe block and into the bushing until the
bend in the probe is even with the tip of the needle as shown
in Diagram Sheet
2-11-5 on page -2-103).
6. While holding the probe in place, lightly tighten the setscrew.
7. Perform any necessary probe height adjustments following the procedures
earlier in this section.
8. Perform either a Prompted Setup or a Valve Offsets routine before dispensing.
