In the drop-down menu, select
Setup Height Sensor.
In the Height Sensor
Configuration Window, click on
the CAN-HS button.
Does Height
Sensor Probe move
up for Disarmed state
and down for
Armed state?
Go to Height Sensor CAN
Interface Verification
Open FmNT and in the
Main Window click on
Configuration.
Click on CAN-HS button in the
upper right-hand corner of the
window until Main Menu appears.
Click on Arm /Disarm button and
observe if the Height Sensor
Probe moves up and down.
No
With Height Sensor in Armed
state, use your hand to move the
Height Sensor Probe upward
then hold it in that position while
observing the Current State

Does the Current State
change to ON?
Go to Height Sensor CAN
Interface Verification
Click on OK. In the FmNT Main
Window, click on Tools.
In the Tools Window, click on I/O
Test and then click on the
Dispenser button.
In the I/O Test Dialog Window,
click on the PIO 96 Channels
10-13 tab.
Under the Channel 11 section of
the window, find the
HS_TOUCH/ [4A0] signal.
Manually move the Height
Sensor Probe upward and hold in
position.
Does HS_TOUCH/
[4A0] signal change
from high (1) to low
(0)?
Go to Height Sensor
Repeatability Verification.
Go to Height Sensor PIO
Signal Verification.
Yes
