Enables printing at 17.14 cpi with the ESC > and ESC
a 8 commands. The ESC a (n) also allows to selectionof
10, 12, 15, 16.6 and 17.14 cpi pitches.

supplementary identifier ESC BELL W. The printer
replies with the following message "OLIVETTI 3.10
