3-4 Inner Boards
The Inner Boards listed in the following table are available. These must be
mounted in Inner Board slot 1 or slot 2 of a CQM1H-CPU51 or CQM1H-
CPU61 CPU Unit. The slots that can be used are determined by the shape of
the Board.
Note The Analog Setting Board cannot be mounted in both slots at the same time.
