7.3.2 Activating/deactivating the FTP server
To protect the controller against unauthorized access, it may be necessary to deactivate the
FTP server. The CPU_Set_Value_Request service with Var ID 0172
hex
is used for this. The
FTP server can be activated or deactivated with this service. The FTP server is deactivated
as soon as the applicable service has been executed.
Activation of the FTP server does not take effect until the controller is restarted. The set FTP
server state is stored in flash memory and mapped to the ETH_SRV_FTP_ACTIVE system
variable.
