AEROFICHE EXPLANATION AND REVISION STATUS
The maintenance manual information incorporated in this set of Aerofiche cards has been arranged in
accordance with general specifications for Aerofiche adopted by the General Aviation Manufacturer’s
Association. The information in this Aerofiche maintenance manual is kept current by revisions distributed
periodically. These revisions supersede all previous revisions and are complete Aerofiche card replacements
and supersede Aerofiche cards of the same number in the set.
Identification of revised material:
Revised text and illustrations are indicated by a black vertical line along the left-hand margin opposite
revised or added material. Revision lines indicate only current revisions with changes and additions to existing
text and illustrations. Changes in capitalization, spelling, punctuation, indexing, the physical location of the
material or complete page additions are not identified by revision lines.
A reference and record of the material revised is included in each chapter’s Table of Contents/ Effectivity.
The codes used in the effectivity columns of each chapter are defined as follows:

First Revision: Revision Identification, (1R Month-Year)
Second Revision: Revision Identification, (2R Month-Year)
All subsequent revisions will follow with consecutive revision numbers

Deleted Subject: Revision Identification, (D Month-Year)
