7. Secure the cable to the floor retainers

torque the locknut

TORQUE
Shift Cable Locknut:
13 ft-lbs (18 Nm)
9. Install the shift cable

into the shift lever assembly
and secure with a new fastening nut

13 ft-lbs (18 Nm)
10.Install the left dash bracket
