HEADLINER SERVICE (CREW)
REMOVAL
1. Remove the two rear push rivets securing the
headliner to the rear ROPS.
2. Remove the two T25 fasteners and washers retaining
the center of the headliner to the roof.
3. Remove the four T40 Torx fasteners securing the rear
headliner to the roof.
4. Remove the three fasteners retaining the front of the
rear headliner to the roof.
5. Remove the rear headliner.
6. Remove the five push rivets securing both front
headliners to the windshield plate.
