To configure the Anti-Spam Policy:
1. Select the action to perform on emails whose content was found to contain spam:
n
Block spam emails
n
Flag spam email subject with - The default is SPAM or you can enter a new text to
add to the subject line.
n
Flag spam email header - This option identifies email as spam in the email
message header.
2. Select the relevant tracking option:
n
Log
n
Alert
n
None
To handle suspected spam separately from known spam:
1. Click Handle suspected spam separately.
2. Select an option:
n
Block
n
Flag email subject with - The default is SUSPECTED SPAM or you can enter a
new text to add to the subject line.
n
Flag email header
3. Select a tracking option:
n
Log
n
Alert
n
None
4. Click Apply
