Sensing a Short Circuit
If the MDC2 Controller senses a short circuit on
the lines, it will automatically limit the current to a
safe value, change the line frequency from 1 to 50
Hz (making it easier to trace the short circuit) and
display this message.
• Type of problem (Short Circuit)
• Date and time of problem (In:)
• Date and time problem was corrected (Out:) {If it
still exists, there is no Out time}
• Warning sign—displays as long as problem exists
Select OK to remove the message. As long as the
problem exists, the message will appear again every
time you select an Automatic or Manual function.
