2 GETTING STARTED
Estimated time: 75-95 minutes.
2.1 CHARGE THE BATTERY PACKS
Charge each battery pack on the Teal battery charger before entering the field. Battery
packs fully charge in 65 minutes. Batteries charge from 10% to 80% in 35 minutes. See
section 13 Battery Pack and Battery Charger for safety information.
To charge the battery pack:
1. Make sure the battery is room temperature.
2. Make sure all charging components are clean and undamaged.
3. Insert the DC charger power cable into the charger.
4. Plug the AC power cord into an AC outlet.
5. Insert the battery pack onto the charger, fully engaging the side latches with the
charger.
If the pre-heat LED sequence starts after placing the battery on
the charger, immediately remove the battery from the charger.
Allow the battery to sit for at least 30 minutes. Once the battery
reaches room temperature, charge the battery.
