8. If the AV can still safely power on and connect to the GCS, are you able to
download the logs from the AV onto the GCS? If not, Teal Customer
Support can extract the logs for you.
9. Send the flight logs to Teal Drones Customer Support at
support@tealdrones.com
and include them with incident report.
