Configuring a VLAN List for a VLAN Group
Mandatory. Ensure that VLANs have been created.
vlan-list: indicates a VLAN list, containing a maximum of 128 VLANs.
No VLAN list is configured.
VLAN group configuration mode
Configuring the VLAN Assignment Mode for a VLAN Group
Mandatory.
Use this command to implement the VLAN assignment policy of a VLAN group.
vlan-assign-mode {dot1x }
dot1x: After 802.1X authentication succeeds, the authentication server assigns a VLANs to STAs.
No VLAN assignment mode is configured.
VLAN group configuration mode
In global configuration mode, the configurations apply to all VLAN groups.
In VLAN group configuration mode, the configurations apply to the current VLAN group only.
Configurations in VLAN group configuration mode have priority over configurations in global configuration
mode.
There are two VLAN assignment modes: 802.1X-based.
Configuring the Default VLAN for a VLAN Group
Mandatory in 802.1X-based assignment mode.
The default VLAN takes effect when the current WLAN is in 802.1X-based assignment mode, that is, when the
authentication server assigns the default VLAN before 802.1X authentication succeeds.
vlan-id: indicates the ID of a VLAN in the VLAN list of the VLAN group.
No default VLAN is specified.
VLAN group configuration mode
Before configuring the default VLAN, you must add this VLAN to the destination VLAN group.
