Verification
Simulate the scenario where a client goes online after authentication and then offline because the low traffic threshold is
reached.
Capture the stop-accounting packet sent by the NAS and check whether the time of low traffic detection is deducted
from the online duration.

Global configuration mode
Run this command to include the jitter-off duration or low traffic detection time into the online duration in the
stop-accounting packet based on the server accounting policy. By default, they are not included.
