28) Filter change The "Filter exchange" message was
set in the "Date / Time / Alarm" menu.
The actual litre count (or the current
number of months) has exceeded the
set number.
See "Service technician menu" - "Configuration" -
"Date / Time / Alarm" in the "5 Filter exchange after li-
tres" and "6 Filter exchange after months" parameters
for further information.
► Change the filter.
► With the SERVICE card, enter the current date (A)
of the filter change in the "Service counters"
menu.
See "Service technician menu" - "Info" - "Counters
and statistics" in the "Service counters" parameter.
► If necessary, adjust the time or number of litres
until a periodic filter change is required in the
"Date / Time / Alarm" menu.
29) Service request The "Service request" message was
set in the "Time/date" menu. The actual
number of dispensed coffees (or the
current number of months) has ex-
ceeded the set number.
See "Service technician menu" - "Configuration" -
"Date / Time / Alarm" in the "7 Service request after
coffees" and "8 Service request after months" param-
eters for further information.
► Perform the service work.
► With the SERVICE card, enter the current date (A)
of the service in the "Service counters" menu.
See "Service technician menu" - "Info" - "Counters
and statistics" in the "Service counters" parameter.
► If necessary, adjust the time or number of litres
until a periodic filter change is required in the
"Date / Time / Alarm" menu.
30) Heating coffee water The current temperature in the brewing
water boiler is more than 8°C below the
set temperature. Dispensing of coffee
beverages is blocked.
See "Service technician menu" - "Configuration" -
"General parameters" in the "1 Temperature brew wa-
ter" parameter for adjusting the set temperature.
The boiler element is switched on. The message should disappear after a short time.
The machine was switched off for an
extended period.
Depending on the power supply and the boiler capac-
ity (2 or 3 kW), heating can take a few minutes.
The "Klixon" safety equipment was trig-
gered.
► Reset the "Klixon" safety equipment again or re-
place it if faulty.
