Milk foam settings
Parameters: Foam settings
Display text Description Setting range Notes
401) Foam time Defines the time over which foam is dispen-
sed.
► Enter the desired foam time.
Foam is added to the beverage for
the set time.
0-40.0 sec A fresh milk system must
be selected in the system
parameters.
402) Cold Foam Defines whether cold or warm milk foam is
used.
If set to "ON":
The milk foam is output at the temperature of
the cooled milk.
If set to "OFF":
The milk foam is output warm.
On/off The standard setting is
"OFF".
The restrictor in the foamer
head can clog.
403) Pump foam The pump speed determines the dispensing
temperature. Reducing the pump speed in-
creases the temperature and vice versa.
The recommended temperature is ±65 °C,
measured directly under the outlet in the milk
stream.
45-100% A fresh milk system must
be selected in the system
parameters.
In a "Milk Smart" system,
the temperature is regula-
ted using a milk restrictor
at the end of the hose.
404) Pump foam left
