201) Select grinder Selection menu for defining the grinder con-
taining the beans required for the beverage.
► Select the required grinder.
 The beverage is prepared with the
corresponding coffee beans.

balance" parameter is dis-
played in addition.
The right grinder is the
standard grinder to be fil-
led with espresso beans.
The left grinder is the stan-
dard grinder to be filled
with coffee beans.
202) Powder quantity Lower limit 4 g:
If products are prepared with less than 4 g of
coffee, the brewing unit quickly becomes
soiled.
Upper limit 16 g:
The maximum quantity of coffee that will fit
into the brewing chamber.
4-16 g Standard values are:
9.5 g (ristretto)
9.5 g (espresso)
9.0 g (coffee)
9.0 g (cappuccino)
9.0 g (milk coffee)
8.5 g (l.macchiato)
9.0 g (chociatto)
9.0 g (white americano)
9.0 g (americano)
203) Grinder balance Grind mixture from two grinders
► Set the mixing ratio using the grey field.
 The beverage is prepared using
beans from both bean hoppers in the
set grinder mixing ratio.
Grinder left:
1-99%
Right grinder:
1-99%
"Left&right grinder" must
be selected in the "201
Select grinder" parameter.
204) Strokes per cup Beverage output for a large quantity of cof-
fee:
The setting makes several brewings of cof-
fee possible for each dispensed beverage.
► Set the number of strokes (coffee brew-
ings) per dispensed beverage.
 The beverage, such as a mug, is dis-
pensed with the number of brewings
set here.
1-20 If needed, set the number
of strokes in the "03 Coun-
ted products" parameter in
the "Common settings".
205) Water quantity Defines the water quantity for the selected
beverage.
1-600 ml Standard values are:
25 ml (ristretto)
35 ml (espresso)
110 ml (coffee)
