The alarms are signalled using an external
customer-specific alarm system.
This alarm system can signal visually with a
lamp or acoustically with a horn.
If a parameter is switched on in the "Alarm
output" menu, alarms are transmitted to the
connected display device via terminal "J4-8".
The "Alarm output" function makes it possib-
le for users to detect alarms from a distance
when the machine is used in "Self" mode.
- The alarm output is found
at connection J8, pins 7 &
8, see Fig. "External alarm
display".
If an alarm output is active,
30 V CC are applied at ter-
minal J4-8.
A cable 069715 is needed
to connect the output to an
external 24 V CC Potter &
Brumfield relay (063770).
The "19 Outlet change-
over" system parameter
must be deactivated.
