Milk mix settings
7) Dispensing mode (steam) Selection options for steam:
The "Portion control" selection causes a
single portion of steam to be dispensed for a
particular time period.
Pressing "Start" causes steam to be dispen-
sed and "Stop" causes it to stop.
Pressing and holding causes steam to be
dispensed until the field is released again.

"Steam" is selected in the
"1 Product type" parame-
ter.
The standard setting is
"Start/stop".
To set the steam quantity,
see the "902 Dosing time"
parameter.
12) Outlet change-over Change over the beverage outlet to the
"Swan neck outlet".
► Switch on the "Outlet change-over" pa-
rameter.
 The field lights up green.
 The beverage outlet is switched over
to the outlet with a "swan neck".
On/off The standard setting is
"OFF".
This parameter only ap-
pears for the "mug" bever-
age setting.
The "19 Outlet change-
over" system parameter
must be switched on.
13) Pump pressure Builds additional pressure with the water
pump:
► Switch on the "Pump pressure" parame-
ter.
 The field lights up green.
 The water flows with additional pump
pressure.
On/off The standard setting is
"OFF".
When the parameter is
switched off, the water
pressure is supplied by the
water mains only.
This parameter only ap-
pears for the "mug" bever-
age setting.

602) Milk balance Milk mixing ratio when equipped with "Twin
Milk"
► Set the mixing ratio using the grey field.
 The beverage is prepared using milk
from both milk sources in the set milk
mixing ratio.

The mixing ratio setting for
the two milk sources requi-
