5 Remove the CPU:
1 Carefully lift the board.
2 Pull the board sideways out of the openings for the Ethernet ports.
6 Plug in the new CPU:
1 Insert the board laterally into the openings for the Ethernet ports.
2 Place the board on the screw holes and align.
3 Carefully press the board on.
7 Screw the studs tight.
1 Tighten the studs carefully with your fingers.
2 Carefully tighten the studs with a socket wrench.
8 Fit the CPU housing.

9 Screw the CPU housing tight.
10 Fit the electronics unit (see Chapter “Removing and fitting the electronics unit”,
page 129).
11 Connect the MCS200HW power supply.
12 Perform a firmware update (see Chapter “Performing a firmware update”, page 137) or
swap the SD card (see Chapter “Swapping the SD card”, page 138).

Remove and keep the SD board.
Make sure the hooks on the ribbon cable are folded upwards.
