3 MAINTENANCE

4 Tighten the screw of the removal tool on the back of the ejector block with a 5 mm Allen
key. Turn the nut clockwise with a jaw wrench.

The ejector nozzle is pulled out.
5 Remove the old O-rings from the ejector nozzle and exhaust gas connection.
▸ Carefully remove O-ring residues.

6 Fit a new O-ring on the front of the ejector nozzle.
7 Fit a new O-ring on the exhaust connection.
8 Insert the ejector nozzle.
9 Fasten the middle section with new screws.
10 Fit a new O-ring on the outside of the ejector nozzle.
NOTE: Leak tightness of the system
Damaged surfaces impair the leak tightness of the system.
Do not damage surfaces.
Suitable aids for removing O-ring residues:
– Flat tool (slot screwdriver, scalpel or similar)
–Acetone
1 O-ring, exhaust gas connection
2 O-ring, ejector nozzle, front (inside)
3 O-ring, ejector nozzle, rear (outside)
Observe the sequence:
First put the spring washer, then the washer on the screw.
