Repair Switch The Repair Switch allows the motor/converter to be isolat-
ed from the mains. This means that all power to the motor
is terminated and the converter cannot start or stop the

flat surface separate from the location of the motor.

Compatible motors for the SINAMICS G110M system
The following tables detail the motors that are compatible with the SINAMICS G110M
system.
Due to the unique nature of the SINAMICS G110M system, there are a number of
restrictions regarding the type of options and devices used with the motors. These are listed
below:
● No encoders can be used with the SINAMICS G110M.
● The brake lever cannot be used in the "12 O'Clock" position; this is not possible because
of the position of the terminal housing of the Inverter.
● The use of only 180 Vdc brakes are permissible.
● 230/400 Vac brake voltage is not allowed.
● Standby heating of the motor is not allowed.
● An external motor fan cannot be fitted if the terminal housing is in the "12 O'Clock"
position.
