12.1 Temporary shutdown
The described product can be temporarily shut
down by disconnecting the electrical supply
connections. The instructions in the Chapter
"General information" in these assembly in-
structions must be observed when doing so.
If the product is to be shut down for an ex-
tended period of time, follow the instructions
in the Chapter "Transport, delivery, and stor-
age" of these operating instructions.
To recommission the product, follow the in-
structions in the Chapter "Assembly."
12. Shutdown/disposing
12.2 Permanent shutdown
If the product will be permanently shut down,
the local regulations and laws regarding the
disposal of contaminated equipment must be
observed.
Warning!
Lubricants can contaminate soil and
bodies of water. Lubricants must be
properly used and disposed of. Observe
the local regulations and laws regarding
the disposal of lubricants.
The product can also be returned to SKF
Lubrication Systems Germany GmbH for dis-
posal, in which case the customer is responsi-
ble for reimbursing the costs incurred.
The parts are recyclable.
