magnetic unlocking key is necessary to access the medical staff and technician control level
on the LCD handset. Changing between control levels on the LCD handset is done by hold-
ing the magnetic sensor on the LCD handset briefly (for about ½ second) against the mag-
netic unlocking key, see LCD handset (optional) » 24.
The control box is used to carry out all motorised adjustments and to lock handset functions
for the patient.
When the bed is connected to the mains supply, a yellow LED indicates that the battery is
charging.
The control box is located in the linen holder and can be attached to the footboard handrail.
