9.13 Remove/insert headboard handrail
9.13.1 To remove
3 Lower the safety side slowly. Do not let it drop!
4 Repeat this procedure at the other end of the bed.
The laminate panels in the headboard can be removed if required. This may be necessary if
the patient has to do rehabilitation exercises in bed, for example.

Stand at the head end, facing down the length of the bed.
2 Detach the mains cable holder if necessary.
3 Grasp both upper corners of the headboard
handrail.
4 Press both release buttons at the same
time.
