Operation in special operating situations
Loading the truck
DANGER
Risk to life!
Never walk or stand underneath
suspended loads.
Do not allow the forklift truck to bump
into anything whilst it is suspended,
or allow it to move in an uncontrolled
way.
– If necessary, hold the truck using
guide ropes.
– Lift the truck carefully and set it down at the
intended location.

Frequent short-term operation
CAUTION
Very o
ccasionally, especially with frequent short-
term op
eration, with high load and low ambient
tempera
ture, the evaporator may ice up. The cause
is tempora
ry insufficient heat conduction to the
evaporator
.

the evaporato
r by separating(1)the connector
and continue to r
un the engine at increasedidling
speed until it sta
lls on its own due to lack of gas.
– If theengine die
d on its own while the gas shut-off
valve was still ope
n, start the engine with closed
shut-off valve unti
l it starts up. Afterwards, ope-
rate at increased idli
ng speed until it repeatedly
stalls.
DANGER
Open flames, red-hot objects etc.
may cause explosions.
Frozen-up system parts should only
be thawed out with hot water, hot
sandbags, or the like.
– Afterwards, determine cause and correct
appropriately. Contact the customer ser-
vice office.
