The HEADER format is as follows:

b12 - 1, bits b15 ÷ b12 = 9 constitute the marker of the frame
b11 - header type:
0 - HS
1 - HE
b10 - 1 denotes the first frame in the block
b9 - 1 denotes the last frame in the block
b7 - 1 denotes an error (the samples were overwritten in the cycle buffer, which means that
the recording in the analyzed block is not correct)
b8, b6÷b0 – reserved
