value and the corresponding percentage of the total stream is displayed to the right and is
visible before pressing apply. The range of the parameter is 1-65565. Typing 1 would mean
transmitting a null packet at every second packet position, typing 99 would guarantee 1%
stuffing.
Stuffing packets
This status parameter shows the number of stuffing packets transmitted on the output.
The value can be cleared with the R button next to it.
ASI mode
This lets the user choose how to transmit the transport stream packets on this output, burst
mode or spread mode.
Packet length
This lets the user configure the output to transmit 188 or 204 byte transport stream packets.
Reed-Solomon FEC
This field enables Reed-Solomon ASI FEC. To enable this functionality set the packet length
to 204 bytes. The unit will send Reed-Solomon FEC packets (16 Bytes).

8.6.4.1 Main configuration
This page displays information about the DVB-T2 signal and includes the main settings for the
T2-Framing. There are several under the hood validations of the various DVB-T2 parameters.
The allowed settings can be found in
[8]: ETSI EN 302 755, and some of them are shown in
appendix E.
