Note:
For the operation with the grating disk, the slice thickness does
not have to be set.
Action in the case of danger!
In the case of danger, switch off the main switch or open any
cover to interrupt the cutting process immediately.

In case of danger, open the feed cover to interrupt the cutting
process immediately.
Risk of injury on the upright knife!
If any safety device has been tripped, the knife can come to a
stop in the chamber. You can injure yourself on the upright
knife.
Note:
Check the function of the safety switches every day before
starting any operation.

Always check whether the machine is perfectly clean.
