4.2 Opening/closing the knife box door
Opening
b Move the lock bolt to the right.
b Open the knife box door.
Closing
b Close the knife box door.
b Put the lock bolt in the vertical position.
4.3 Dismantling the cut-off knife
b Using the spanner supplied, loosen the central lock until the knife is sit-
ting loosely on the knife shaft.
b Hold the knife by the handle and on the hub and then pull it off the knife
shaft.
b Put the knife in a safe place.
Attention, there is a high risk of cutting yourself on the
knife!
Always wear the specified protective equipment when carrying
out any work in the open cutting chamber and when handling
the knife (☞ „Protective equipment“ on page 4).
Only store the dismantled knives at secured places.
