3.1 Check daily
If the seals of the cutter shaft or grid drive roller are damaged, a breeding
ground for bacteria can form in the interior of the machine.
Check the seals after every cleaning routine. Arrange for defective seals to
be replaced immediately.
The same applies for the insertion chamber.
3.2 Check and clean cleaning channel
Check the cleaning channel several times a day depending on the product
and the load on the machine.
b Remove product residues.
