3.6 Dismantling for complete cleaning
b Move the machine to the cleaning position (☞ „Cleaning mode“ on
page 19).
b Disconnect the main power supply and secure it against unintended re-
connection.
b Remove the discharge conveyor (☞ „Dismantling discharge conveyor“
on page 78).
b Remove the cut-off knife (☞ „Dismantling the cut-off knife“ on
page 35).
b Remove the cutting unit. (☞ „Dismantling the cutting unit“ on page 37).
b Remove the feed (☞ „Removing the feed“ on page 34).
Risk of injury on upright knives!
Always wear the personal protective equipment as specified in
the "Safety" chapter for all work in the open cutting chamber
and when cleaning the knife.
