6.10 Replacing belt of the discharge conveyor
Dismantling:
b Disconnect the main power supply and secure it against unintended
switching on.
b Loosen the plug.
b Unplug the plug connector of the discharge conveyor drive from the
socket on the rear of the machine.
b Open the knife box door
b Remove the protective cover of the discharge conveyor.
b Turn down the roller bearing so that the transport belt is slackened.
b Pull down the transport belt on the side.
Installation:
b Open the knife box door.
b Attach the transport belt.
The transport belt has an arrow on the inside that shows the running
direction of the belt. Attach the transport belt so that the arrow moves
in the running direction.
b Turn the roller bearing down so that the discharge conveyor is straight
and the transport belt is tensioned.
b Attach the protective cover on the discharge conveyor.
b Close the knife box door
b Plug the plug connector of the discharge conveyor drive into the lower
socket on the rear of the machine.
b Lock the plug connector.
b Restore the main power supply.
