Changing the hydraulic oil

b Screw the drain plug into the tank.
b Place the tank cover seal onto the sealing rim of the tank.
b Place the tank cover onto the tank and screw it tight.
b Place the tank with the motor into the machine.
b Fasten the tank with the screw on the bottom of the machine.
b Tighten the supply and return lines (ZV and ZR) of the feed cylinder on
the control block.
b Unscrew the ventilation plug (on the top of the tank).
b Fill new hydraulic oil (☞ „Hydraulic oil quantity“ on page 88).
b Screw in the ventilation plug.
b Let the machine run a few times.
Remember to disconnect the main power supply and make sure that
the machine cannot be switched on unintentionally.
b Check the oil level and top up the oil if necessary.
b Insert the cover plate and lock it.
b Restore the main power supply.
