5.5.2 Discharge conveyor
b Put the switch (1) on the control panel in the "ON“ position.
b Close the feed chamber by pressing down the handle.
The cutting process begins.
b Lift the safety hood of the discharge conveyor to the point when the ma-
chine switches off..
The machine must switch off when the safety hood has been lifted no
more than 8 mm.
The cut-off knife and the piston must stop immediately.
b Place the safety hood down again.
5.5.3 Separating slide
b Close the feed chamber by pressing down the handle.
The cutting process begins.
b Pull up the handle until the machine switches off.
The machine must switch off when the feed lever has been lifted no
more than 8 mm.
The cut-off knife and the piston must stop immediately.
b Close the feed lever.
5.5.4 Feed insert
b Remove the cutting board from the filling pan.
b Close the feed chamber by pressing down the handle.
The cutting process begins.
b Open the feed insert

until the machine switches off.
The machine must switch off when the feed insert has been lifted no
more than 8 mm.
The cut-off knife and the piston must stop immediately.
b Insert the feed insert again.
