6.4 Sharpening the grid blades
b Remove the cutting unit (☞ „Dismantling the cutting unit“ on page 37).
b Sharpen the grid blades.
Sharpen smooth grid blades with a fine, one-stroke fine finishing file
(stroke 4) in the cutting direction.
Sharpen serrated knives with a round fine finishing file (stroke 4) at a
right angle to the cutting direction.
b Install the cutting unit (☞ „Installing the cutting unit“ on page 43).
