3.9 Reassembly after cleaning
Assembly occurs in reverse order to dismantling.
(☞ „Dismantling for complete cleaning“ on page 28).
Risk of injury on upright knives!
Always wear the personal protective equipment as specified in
the "Safety" chapter for all work in the open cutting chamber
and when cleaning the knife.
