Materials such as cleaning agents and disinfectants must be
used so that they cannot have an adverse effect on equipment,
tools and meat.
They must be rinsed off thoroughly after use.
Note:
The safety signs must be legible and complete.
Any missing or illegible safety signs must be replaced.
