Section 3: Configuration
This section covers the screens and features of the system configuration user interface.
3.1 New Configuration Wizard
This subsection describes how to create a DME system configuration using the wizard tool. This tool
provides screens to prompt for the required information in a convenient sequence. It also performs some
automatic configuration assistance based on entries made during the wizard session.
Note: Once the wizard session is closed, all automatic configuration features are turned off. The
Edit button must then be used to modify the DME configuration manually.
• Button
This button is used to add a new DME station (see Section 2.2.2). It opens the configuration wizard
to the New Station Details page.
3.1.1 New Station Details Window
When the New button is pressed the New Station Details window is displayed. This window is used to input
the parameters required to create a new configuration file. The required fields have a red asterisk next to
the title.
