• Global Export Rate

This drop-down menu is used to select the export rate for continuous recorded measurements (see

Section 3.1.4). The list displayed is determined by the Line Frequency selection.

• Recording Device ID*

COMNAMES is the naming standard used for all COMTRADE formatted data files. This field is

used to assign the text which will be inserted into the Device Identifier field of the data file name.

This is a variable length field containing alpha-numeric characters and punctuation marks.

Characters disallowed are: comma, question mark, quotation mark, forward slash, backward slash,

less than, greater than, asterisk, pipe, and colon. The default entry automatically assigned to this

field is USI_M9000.

• Prefault Time (ms)*

This setting determines the period of prefault data that the DFR will record prior to the trigger

event. This entry is in milliseconds. Transient record Pre-Fault can be set to a maximum of 10000.

The default entry automatically assigned to this field is 100.
