2. To reset the QML data logger with the reset button, open the cover of the QML data
logger and quickly press the reset button.
Do not keep the reset button pressed down. If you do, the QML data
logger restarts with a blank setup.

4.9.7.2 Resetting QML Data Logger in Error Situations (Blank Setup)
Restarting the QML data logger with a blank setup may be useful if the setup is somehow
defective and does not allow the opening of a service connection. When you restart with a
blank setup, the serial port settings of the QML data logger are restored to their defaults:
COM0, 9600, N, 8, N, 1.
Before restarting with a blank setup, contact Vaisala to get a new setup
file that you can
upload to the QML data logger.
1. Open the cover of the QML data logger.
2. Press and keep the reset button pressed down for a few seconds.
