4. Dampen a clean, lint-free cloth with Xerox Platen Glass Lens and Mirror Cleaner and
wipe the Document Glass.
Using excessive force when cleaning the glass may damage the glass and poorly
affect copy quality.
5. Visually inspect the glass to ensure that all dirt, glue, and other residue have been
removed.
6. Place a small amount of cleaning fluid on the cloth and clean the front and rear Feed
Rollers.
Rotate the rolls as you clean them to ensure that the entire roll surface is clean.
7. Place a small amount of Xerox Platen Glass Lens and Mirror Cleaner on a clean,
lint-free cloth, and clean the Calibration Strip.
