2. Use both hands to lift up the Upper Unit.
3. Pull the jammed paper slowly towards you to remove it.
NOTE
Check for and remove any torn pieces of media. Remaining fragments can cause
future jams and image quality defects.
4. Pull the green Upper Unit Release Lever forward.
