The image quality
is poor.
The drum cartridge is scratched. Make a copy. If the image quality is poor, replace
the drum cartridge.
Refer to Replacing the Drum Cartridge on page 12-
7.
The sender's document scanner
is dirty.
Check on the problem with the sender.

transmission not only due to problems with the
machine, but also due to problems with the sender
