• The function and the correspond-
ing instruction data is inconsis-
tent in the system software.
(Subcode: Box number)
• Needs investigation. Contact your Yaskawa
representative.
• If replacement of the system software is
necessary, follow the instructions for
replacement. After replacement, delete the
corresponding instructions, and then re-
register them.
