CPU unit (JZNC-NRK01) is comprised of the control power supply (CPS-420F), the rack for
the various circuit boards, control circuit board (JANCD-NCP01), servo control circuit board
(SGDR-AXA01A), and robot I/F unit (JZNC-NIF01).
