MOVL/MOVC.

Set the data, and then press "Data Set" but-

reset when executing a FLOATOF
instruction.
• Check the ROM version of servo board.
• Reset the alarm, and then try again.

Restart the setting of configuration in mainte-
nance mode, and correct the setting of motor
gun axis.

characteristic file is incorrect.

Correct the welder number set in the gun
characteristic file.
4574 SPOT WELD
COMPLETE
TIME LIMIT
--- The spot welding did not complete
within the specified time.
• Neither the welding completion
signal nor the welding error sig-
nal was received from the timer
conductor within the set time.
(Subcode: Welder number)
• Remove the cause such as disconnection of
power supply to the timer conductor, and
then try again.
• If the response from the timer takes too long
time due to the system layout, increase the
set time.
4575 ERROR IN
WELD START
TIMING SET
--- Incorrect setting of spot welding
start timing
• For motor gun, the welding timing
was set to "After First Pressure"
while no 2nd pressure was set.
Set the 2nd pressure, or change the start tim-
ing.

• Though a motor gun control mode
