Select Address and press the OK button to access the IP Address of the Outbound Proxy.
Select Port and press the OK button to access the port of the Outbound Proxy.
Select Password and press the OK button to access the password of the Outbound Proxy. The
panel displays * for each password character.
8.5.3.2 Backup Proxy Server
This menu accesses the configuration information for the backup proxy server. The phone will
attempt to switch to the backup proxy if the primary proxy server fails to operate.
To access this panel, select Menu | Pswd Settings | SIP Settings | Backup Proxy. This example
shows four rows, though in practice the display can show only three rows at once. Use the Up
and Down keys to scroll through the various settings. Press the OK button to select a parameter.
Select Address and press the OK button to access the IP Address of the Backup Proxy.
Select Port and press the OK button to access the port of the Backup Proxy.
