default_gateway Parameter is IP address of default gateway that is used for manual
configuration when use_dhcp is set to ‘no’ or DHCP does not
provide the default gateway (DHCP option 3). Valid setting is 32
bit IP address in dotted decimal notation.

domain Parameter is name of the domain in which the phone resides; used
for manual configuration when use_dhcp is set to ‘no’ or DHCP
does not return the domain (DHCP option 15). Valid settings
